iRecrut is a product by Glisto Infotech. Please read these Terms carefully before using the platform. By accessing or using iRecrut, you agree to be bound by the terms below.
By accessing, registering for, or using iRecrut in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the platform. These Terms apply to all users, including employers, staffing professionals, and any other parties who access iRecrut.
iRecrut is a Smart Hiring Platform operated by Glisto Infotech. The platform enables employers to post job requirements via WhatsApp and receive ranked candidate shortlists generated by our proprietary matching engine. iRecrut also provides a web-based dashboard for pipeline management, analytics, and multi-employer workspace administration.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to use iRecrut only for lawful hiring purposes and in full compliance with all applicable employment laws in your jurisdiction. You must not use the platform to discriminate against candidates on the basis of age, gender, religion, caste, race, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
By uploading or importing candidate profiles into iRecrut, you confirm that you have obtained the appropriate consent from each candidate to store, process, and use their personal data for the purpose of recruitment. You agree to comply with all applicable data protection laws, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), as applicable to your operations.
Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at the time of subscription. All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Refunds are available within 7 calendar days of the initial subscription payment for new customers who have not yet used the platform's core matching features. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access to your plan until that date. No partial refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations.
Glisto Infotech targets 99.5% platform uptime, measured on a rolling 30-day basis. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated to active account holders at least 24 hours in advance. iRecrut is not liable for disruptions caused by third-party services outside our control, including the WhatsApp Business API (Meta). In the event of downtime that causes our uptime target to be missed, affected customers may be eligible for service credits at our discretion.
iRecrut's matching engine is a decision-support tool designed to surface relevant candidates — it is not a substitute for human judgement. All final hiring decisions rest entirely with the employer. Glisto Infotech is not liable for any hiring decision, employment outcome, or business consequence arising from the use of AI match scores or platform recommendations. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of iRecrut shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 3 months preceding the claim.
The iRecrut platform, including its software, AI matching models, user interface, branding, and all associated proprietary technology, is the exclusive intellectual property of Glisto Infotech. All rights are reserved. Employers retain full ownership of job descriptions they submit and candidate data they upload. iRecrut acquires no rights to re-use, resell, or otherwise exploit employer-submitted content. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the iRecrut platform.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. For matters involving UAE-based employers, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith mediation before initiating formal legal proceedings. The language of all proceedings shall be English.
Glisto Infotech reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time to reflect changes in the law, our business practices, or the features of iRecrut. When material changes are made, we will notify active account holders by email at least 14 days before the new Terms take effect. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of iRecrut after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
You may terminate your iRecrut account at any time by cancelling your subscription from the dashboard or by contacting our support team. Glisto Infotech reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct that harms other users or the integrity of the platform. Upon termination, your access to iRecrut will cease immediately. Data deletion follows the schedule described in our Privacy Policy.
