Do you charge a commission on hires?+
No. We do not take a percentage of the salary of the person you hire. You pay only the plan price, GST included.
Is there a free plan or a free trial?+
No. iRecrut sells paid plans only, starting at ₹199. Job seekers do not pay anything.
Which plan should I choose?+
Count how many roles you need to fill and how soon, then pick the plan that has enough job posts for the days you need. Starter: ₹199 for 7 days with 1 job post; Booster: ₹299 for 28 days with 2 job posts; Pro iRecrut: ₹599 for 14 days with 4 job posts. If you are not sure, message us on WhatsApp before you pay.
How is iRecrut different from a recruitment agency?+
A recruitment agency usually finds and screens candidates for you and often charges a fee linked to the salary of the person hired. With iRecrut you pay a fixed plan price, the platform ranks candidates from its database, and you contact, interview and decide yourself. iRecrut does not guarantee a hire.
How can I pay?+
Online through Razorpay: UPI, debit or credit card, or net banking. On WhatsApp the assistant can also send you a payment link.
Will I get a GST invoice?+
Yes. Plan prices include GST and a tax invoice is created automatically for every payment. Save your GST number under Plan & Billing before you pay, because an invoice is not changed afterwards. The invoice is always available under Plan & Billing, in Payment History. If you registered through WhatsApp it is also sent there.
Can I get a refund?+
Plan fees are non-refundable unless we agree otherwise in writing or the law requires a refund. Please read our Terms of Service, and message us on WhatsApp before you pay if you are unsure which plan you need.
What happens when my plan's validity ends?+
A plan is valid for a fixed number of days, shown on the plan. When it ends, choose a new plan to post new jobs and get new matches.
